“Is support gender neutral? Why do you think it is different for Men & Women?”

#onthecouch #mentalhealth #podcast Having support is one thing and asking for support is another but what does it look for someone to support you? We often times assume the way we show up is in the best interest of the person however you would be surprised if you stopped for a moment and asked "How can I support you"? I want you to take a moment and reflect on how you would even answer the question if asked. Are you able to tell someone what support looks like for you with the understanding it will look different depending on what your dealing with at the time. Think about it.
