Is talk therapy trash?

Welcome to Into The Mirror. Season 3 Episode 10 Is talk therapy trash? Is most of the therapy from the system and the medical field outdated and limited? Haha, for me yes. For me there is no question that although therapist may have good intentions but unless they have had their own healing or awakening I no longer subscribe to their information. Truth is what matters. truth. truth. truth. No more fear of how others may respond or act if they hear your truth. I know what it feels like to have to lie and pretend to feel safe and part of this world but it is a lie. Fear keeps us hijacked. I also know how to be honest and what it means to get real and I can tell you that if you just get a little brave and a little more honest than before you're on the right path. Not all talk therapy is trash but I found if I don't know how to take the handoff from the talking to actually acting and healing you may end up just gossiping and blaming. Healing comes from within and goes out and manifests new results in your reality but at some point you have to do the work. Brody and I both discuss the different treatment modalities that work and didn't work for us. Listen today! please like and share and help the algorithm.
