Is the 4 day working week set up to fail?

The 4 day working week trail is set to take place in 2022 with 30 organisations in the UK taking part. Working 32 hours a week sounds heavenly for meany of us, but with the UK having one of the longest working hours cuktures, are we really ready for a 4 day working week or are we setting ourselves up to fail?
