On this episode of the World Game-Changers podcast, Paul is joined by returning guest Rebecca Wheele for the first part of a double episode covering what price we’re paying for our own personal energy. Not the gas or electric, but the way we’re living our lives and the energy levels that may be increasing or decreasing, and what the impact of that has on us as individuals. KEY TAKEAWAYS There’s so many different levels of ‘energy’. The rise in price of external energy affects us in some ways depending on our mindset. But there’s energy in terms of physical energy, to be motivated or do exercise, but there’s also spiritual energy. Perhaps they’re intertwined, perhaps there’s just one energy? What’s happening below the surface to create a reality? There are circumstances outside of our control – we’re born into a life and there’s a degree of things and opportunities that we have. But, at the same time, our mindset and our way of being – the frequency we’re tuned into, the story that we’re telling ourselves then creates that reality. I feel that we can all connect with that sense of energy about ourselves, the sense of a soul or spirit, and I feel that from my own personal belief and what I really resonate with is that the soul is eternal and in this lifetime we’re in this physical form and then we move on. Part of the mystery of that is not knowing. I feel like there’s a need in the world now to have to have everything proven and scientifically making sense. But that negates the mystery.  Energy exists for me in the feeling realm. You can’t see energy – except for things like steam and water flowing – but you can connect to it more in the feeling than the seeing of it.
