Is the Pentagon considering criminal charges against David Grusch?

David Grusch has been a MAJOR player in the fight for UFO disclosure. The former high level official testified that there was not only a reverse engineering program but that NHI remains have been found. There is a report from The Hill that talks about the recently declassified document of high level politicians dating back to 2011 that wanted to disclosure the reverse engineering programs.
