The Seahawks missed the playoffs in 2023, ushering in a new era as legendary head coach Pete Carroll was replaced by young first-timer Mike Macdonald. There's a lot of work to be done as the team entered free agency with fewer players under contract than any team in the NFL. But as we assess things now just one week after the start of free agency, is it possible Seattle's overall roster is actually better than the one that finished the season in Arizona?
