Good morning everyone today's topic is Is the task that I am about to perform for the highest good and the subtopic is it's truly liberating to ask this question If this was published in publication called illumination illumination All right, I practice a few rituals in the morning that help me integrate and live my body emotions and my BAM model Once a tutorial is saying affirmations. I have observed that by saying affirmations loudly in front of the mirror I get to see myself here my voice watch my body language and feel my feelings to me It serves as a perfect coordination of how I'm physically showing up emotionally feeling and mentally present to what I am a funny I started saying affirmations several years back when I lost my job and as a blessing in disguise embraced self-employment Saying these affirmations have tremendously helped me move through major life transformations from a mother to emptiness To mother-in-law to grandmother smoothly in the professional arena saying affirmations have helped me be determined with grit and gratitude When expectations like you know you expect that a certain client will sign up didn't happen You expect a certain profit didn't happen. So when expectations better have not been met. These are the words of Louisa Loving myself and others allows me to be all that I can be I always work for my highest good The power that created me is the same power that I co-create with and this power only wants me to express and experience my highest good I do my best I do my best to make my real self Whiteily important and give it control of everything by doing this. I'm truly loving myself It opens me to greater possibilities to freedom joy and unpredictably wonderful daily miracles My highest good includes the highest good for others do this is truly a loving act When you read this for the first time it up it may sound it may appear it may sense like it's something selfish It is not because what what will happen is as you keep reading these affirmation and Slowly you will create new neural pathway which will in and that in the pathway when you're walking through that neural pathway Imagine yourself physically walking but neural pathway this nervous. I mean in the brain right you're creating a pathway So you will ask this question. Okay, whatever I'm doing right now Is it to the high school first of all is it to the highest good to me now when you say I'm screw to me not in a selfish way Whether it is an integrity with my body, you know suppose whatever I'm eating or something like that Is it unhealthy food is it to the highest good to me means whether I'm he's eating this healthy food same thing emotions suppose I'm jealous or you know Angry or whatever it is so some of those emotions.
They are not bad emotions They are emotions. It's a part of you if you're as long as we breathe We will have all these right anger sadness jealousy everything will be there So now you ask that question because you're created by saying these affirmations You've created a beautiful pathway and when you're walking in the pathway you will start asking this question. Okay I am feeling jealous is this is this is this to the highest good to me I mean is it helping my body, you know probably not probably my blood pressure will increase my cholesterol will increase I'm getting stressed my a1c will increase. I don't know say I'm not a doctor But I can say based upon my reading and experiences personal experiences and testimonies from others experiences I know that stress is not a good thing So is even my work is even a word to get jealous or feel angry for this particular temporary situation So those type of questions to start answering that's what I mean by highest good to me Then once you work highest good to me then you start asking this question.
Okay, what I'm doing is it to the highest good for somebody else If suppose I'm going to do some task for somebody else if I'm going to task or if I have to say no to somebody else Is it to the highest good to that person also and can you explain how it is high school to that person could be your sibling your children? Your spouse, you know what I mean? All right question time How was I impacted by saying the above above affirmation consistently when I performed any task whether personal or professional the words highest good became my inner compass or Guiding star inner compass or guiding star.
I would ask the question would performing this task be for the highest good for all concerned This you know cover it's like an insurance policy. It covers everybody all kinds of me my husband my children my daughters in law my grandson My friends my relatives all my extended family my neighbors You know when I asked that question Universe or God or higher power even if you're not really just listening to the question and answers may not come immediately It'll come at some time at perfect time sequence and space.
