Laurie Calcaterra – Writer/Creator/Letterer – Laurie started writing for a production company, Coattail Collective, based in Detroit in 2017. She wrote and starred in the short film “Catfish-ing” and wrote the web series titled ”The Agency”. She started writing Path of the Pale Rider in 2018 and decided to turn it into a comic series due to the nature of the content. After relocating to Texas in 2019, she began moving this project in the current direction. This is her first comic series, third issue. The first issue successfully funded on Kickstarter May of 2022. She follows DC comics, Marvel Comics, Image Comics, Star Wars, Star Trek, The Witcher, Game of Thrones and… you get the point. She’s a giant nerd. Laurie is also a life long martial artist practitioner, having studied Pencak Silat, Kali, Eskrima, Pekiti Tersia, and Kalis Ilustrimismo from 1997 until present.
