Illegal dumping continues to blight one of Ennis' most popular outdoor amenities, with fresh images shared on social media showing another pile of rubbish left at the entrance to Lees Road.   Despite repeated clean-ups and long-running calls for tougher enforcement, the problem persists, prompting renewed questions about whether measures like CCTV could finally help deter offenders.   Joining Alan Morrissey to discuss the issue were Clare County Council Dog Warden Frankie Coote, who has dealt with countless dumping incidents at Lees Road, and Ennis Fianna Fáil Councillor Clare Colleran Molloy.
