Ingredients:for most of us, we might be sitting in the quiet, minding our own business when we are met with the dreaded question: “what are you thinking?”. there’s something earth-shattering about being told to come up to the front and say what’s on your mind. we have so many spaces (or stages) in which we do this.what makes speaking in front of a crowd so nervewracking? how do we make the small steps to move past this? are we ever able to?
