Is what's in your cabinet hurting you?

from The Fearless Women's Podcast · host Dr. Madalyn Turner

Hi Ladies, Welcome Back! I just got back from visiting my boyfriends friends and family for a week and I noticed something I wanted to chat with you about. My hope for all of you is for you to understand how your body works and that you feel at home in it. In today's society we don't think too much about what we put on our skin, what we clean our homes with, or other sorts of toxins. Our bodies are like a bucket...keep adding things and eventually that bucket will over flow. The amount of environmental and chemical stress is making all of our buckets over flow. I won't mention brand names specifically but let's just say if you can but that cleaning products, laundry product, make up, beauty, or hair product at a big box store...then more than likely it has chemicals that are disrupting important process happening in your body. Tune in to find out more information and what's one thing you can do to start to replace these stressors. If you have questions, please reach out. Go Be Fearless!
