Chris Perkins is a serial entrepreneur. At the age of 21 he bought a run down restaurant that was on the verge of bankruptcy. He rebranded it, got it to be successful. Then 5 years later he bought another restaurant in an attempt to repeat this success. After 7 months there was no light at the end of the tunnel. After finding a loophole in the franchise agreement he terminated the lease agreement and became the landlord instead of the business owner. Then he repeated this process with the first restaurant he bought. After that he became a real estate & private equity investor.
