Isabella and Ava Holmgren

Ava and Isabella Holmgren shocked the world last February when they finished 1st and 2nd at the Cyclocross Junior World Championships! On this episode, we get to know the 18 year old twin sisters from Ontario Canada. They share how it is to constantly train and compete with your sister, how it is being coached by their father, and how they feel about being young athletes in this generation where younger athletes tend to be better and better. They share what they admire most about each other as athletes, and talk about their World Championship win. We talk about all that and way more, but it was one of my favorite conversation!
