Isaiah 11:1-16 “In That Day”

Speaker: Pastor Patrick J. Griffiths Over the last several weeks we have studied Isaiah 7, 9 and now 11. We know the historical context was bad. We also know those without the hope of God live in a dark, deep, and anxious existence. We also know that hope in God brings light. We know we hope in God as the one who will destroy the enemy and deliver the people. This passage in Isaiah 11 feeds this hope.  In that day, God will destroy His enemies, install His King, restore His people, and reconstitute His land.
