Isaiah Chapters 15-19

In this episode, we read Isaiah chapters 15–19, where the prophet delivers messages concerning the surrounding nations and God’s sovereignty over all the earth. These chapters pronounce judgment on Moab, Damascus, and Egypt, revealing the consequences of pride, idolatry, and misplaced trust. Yet even within these warnings, Isaiah expresses deep compassion for the suffering that comes with judgment. Amid the prophecies of destruction, powerful glimpses of hope emerge. Isaiah points toward a future where Egypt and Assyria will turn to the Lord and be counted among God’s people, demonstrating that God’s redemptive plan extends beyond Israel alone. These chapters remind us that God rules over every nation, judges with justice, and offers mercy and restoration to all who turn to Him. Join us as we reflect on these sobering yet hope-filled prophecies.
