“Islam Stands Alone!”

 Reflection delivered on June 15th, 2018 In this compelling Eid bayaan, Shaykh Amin accentuates that Islam is and will always remain independent from all external influences – whether they be religious, political, philosophical or civilizational.  Throughout history, we have been a community that gives, not takes – a reflection of the values of our most generous and genius leader, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.  We must be proud of these inherited values which construct the shari’ah; we must wear it as a badge of honor and relieve ourselves from the shackles of the apologetic mindset.
