So many toxic societal issues are boiling over in the United States. Two the most popular right now are Islamophobia and bootlicking for billionaires. People understand ICE and Immigration enforcement as some kind of agency that only terrorizes those who are here illegally. But like all our racist systems, it affects everyone. Racial profiling is a part of what police do as a racist institution, ICE whole existence is based on othering someone. And why in Year of Your Lord 2026 are yall going to bat for Billionaires?
