Mass is not about what we do. It's about what Jesus did for us. We also include the routine "gathering rant". The two, "gathering" and Communion, seem to go hand in hand in many liturgies. This, btw, is in response to a question/concern I read on a message board that I frequent. We also review the Mass settings found in the 2012 OCP Music Issue. Feasts for the Week: December 1-11.
