Apple introduced the mini iPad this week as the tablet wars heat up.  The Wall Street Journal reports that sales of tablets worldwide are expected to double this year to 34 million units and to double again in 2013 to 67 million.  CNNMoney reports that sales of PC computers will decline this year for the first time in 11 years. Why are so many people, who have never used a computer, embracing tablets? How do you determine which one is right for you?
