This Is Tranmere Podcast is sponsored by the Tranmere Rovers Official Supporters Club and is brought to you by Matt Hibbert, Jake Keogh and Paul Harper. 100% unofficial! While the nation, the world, is in lockdown isolation due to the Coronvirus outbreak, we are aiming to bring you as many podcasts as we can with a few special guests lined up to join us. This episode features an interview with former Tranmere defender Dave Higgins as we discuss how we moved to Tranmere from non-league football, before moving up the divisions with the club, enjoying two promotions as well as multiple trips to Wembley. We also discuss the Coca-Cola Cup run of 1993/94, the Anglo-Italian Cup, John King's alternative methods of management and his infamous goalkeeping exploits! Plus Dave answers the listener questions.
