Mike and Jay open the show with a look at the recently agreed upon cease-fire between Israel and Hamas. They consider whether Israel’s response was disproportionate, where responsibility lies for the current crisis, and what role the United States should play. Following that, they discuss the bipartisan commission to investigate the January 6th takeover of the US Capitol. Mike believes it should absolutely happen, while Jay agrees with Donald Trump that it’s a “Democrat trap”.
