Israel Connections: Bev Hall & Cathy Helms - Called Up to Jerusalem

It’s one thing to read about history. It’s quite another to be there when history is made, as Beverly Hall and Cathy Helms know from experience. They were in Jerusalem when the Israel’s ceasefire with Hamas went into effect, when the living Israeli hostages were released from Gaza, and when President Donald Trump addressed the Knesset. Their three-week sojourn in Israel involved many divine appointments in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Tiberias, giving them keen insight into what God is doing to narrow the gap between Christians and Jews and establish Jerusalem as a praise in the earth!  Those who have not been to Israel may not realize how diverse it is. Even among Israel’s seven million Jewish citizens there is considerable diversity, as Bev and Cathy found out. It was their intent to immerse themselves in Israeli culture and get to know the people. That’s how they encountered Israelis from many different backgrounds, ethnicities, and religious (or non-religious) outlook. They had ample opportunity to witness and take part in Jewish-Christian interactions on several levels, leading to their conclusion that the breach between Jews and Christians is being narrowed.What’s the outlook for the future of Israel and those who love Israel?
