In this segment we look more closely at the signs indicating that we are about to come into the Great Tribulation, also known as the Day of the LORD. The Day of the LORD is also known as the time of Jacob’s trouble: Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins as a woman in travail and all faces are turned into paleness?Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble. Jeremiah 30:6-7 During the Gog/Magog war, the nation of Israel fasts and prays. The Jews plea for Messiah to come. Gog/Magog is defeated by the God of Israel in a supernatural way. A remnant of Judah will accept Yeshua as Messiah. With the defeat of Gog/Magog, YHVH declares that the exile is over. The exile of the Southern Kingdom into Babylonian captivity for 70 years is a prophecy to determine the time of the last generation from the founding of the modern nation of Israel. After 70 years is the end of the exile: For thus says the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon …and I will turn away your captivity and I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places whither I have driven you says the LORD.
