Israel Is So Insecure, It’s Running Scared Of THIS

Right, so here we are.Israel cannot stop actual fibre-optic killer drones. These are not ordinary drones; they are guided by a cable instead of radio, so all the jamming in the world is about as useful as a chocolate teapot and it is Hezbollah in Lebanon that have shown this to be the case over and over. They skim close to the ground, avoid detection, and can be directed straight into troops or equipment. Israelis have died, and the IDF has admitted it does not have a solution. That is a real threat. Which makes the sudden military panic over four harmless paper kites seem like a toddler screaming the place down because a butterfly has landed on it.But kites? Israel's elite kite patrol is apparently on the case. Nothing escapes the blue and white state’s string-and-paper elite.Their stated reason was that kites, balloons, now belong in the same category as drones coming from Gaza could threaten Israeli border communities. Netanyahu has called them a "lethal weapon" and said Israel would not return to the pre-7 October reality, which apparently now includes kids getting to fly kites. The problem for them is that the four kites their own army inspected had no suspicious material and posed no public risk. This is literally punching down on one of the only ways a kid in Gaza right now can be a kid, can play a game, can have any semblance of what it means to have a childhood, growing up in a state of daily trauma.And of course, given the lethal measures the IDF will carry out, even against small children, parents in Gaza are stopping their children from flying these kites, knowing what Israel might do if they spot a bit of coloured paper in the sky.
