Israeli cannabis companies. The America Israel Cannabis Association (AICA) was started in 2015 in order to foster collaboration between North American and Israeli cannabis companies and individuals. AICA provides value to not only members but to the larger cannabis community in a number of ways. Sara is an experienced healthcare entrepreneur that fell into the cannabis space. Sara has experience in consulting, marketing, and operations roles for both her own and other companies. She received her MBA from the University of Virginia - Darden and her B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas - Austin.
