The latest attack from Hamas on Israel is of historic proportions, similar to the surprise attack 50 years earlier that ignited the Yom Kippur War of 1973. Jesus declared "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Matthew 24:6 (NIV). It is important to understand that Jesus stated "These things must be..." In this episode learn about what the Bible declares about the direction the world is heading, and the connection between Bible prophecy and the nations surrounding Israel. Though there will be many different opinions from various sources concerning this battle, Christians must learn to see world events through the lens of Scripture and Bible prophecy. Christians should have a Biblical worldview to prevent from being swept up in secular opinions and politics. The Bible has surprising details concerning the state of affairs in the Middle East and future conflicts that will lead to a peace treaty, the Antichrist, and the Battle of Armageddon.
