Issues S1E1

In the first episode of Issues, I sit down with Eric Shaefges, a comic book collector with some keen insights into why we love comics, why they’re so important as a storytelling device, and how some of the best superhero stories aren’t even really about superheroes. We also manage to talk about literary themes, a comic book that is extremely relevant right now, romantic love in stories, and Disney’s Ducktales. It’s 25 minutes of comic booky goodness folks. You won’t want to miss out. To keep up with Eric, find him on social media @schaefges and join his Patreon Printnplay. Don’t forget to like and subscribe wherever you listen.
