To receive a refund, visit the company’s recall website istore.co/pages/battery-recall and submit two photos: one showing the front of the power bank marked “Recalled” with the date written in permanent marker, and the second showing the model number printed on the back. A receipt is not required. Then safely dispose of the power bank at a local hazardous waste recycling center.
