Affected is model IST-09991/W05.About 8,520 power banks were sold in the United States and 6,400 units were sold in Canada all at vending machines and retail stores in airports as well as online at iStore.co between February 2023 and May 2025.Stop using these recalled power banks. To receive a refund, visit the company’s recall website istore.co/pages/battery-recall and submit two photos: one showing the front of the power bank marked “Recalled” with the date written in permanent marker, and the second showing the model number printed on the back. A receipt is not required. Then safely dispose of the power bank at a local hazardous waste recycling center.
