Reaching out and asking for help or talking to someone is this skill that we are somehow expected to know, yet we were never actually taught it at school, college or in the workplace. In this episode, I share the practical tools and strategies that you can do to reach out and ask for help. I also explain ways you can offer practical and emotional support as a friend for your loved one who might be struggling. Reaching out and asking for help can be one of the hardest things you do, so I am a big believer that we all have a responsibility to help ourselves and that of the people we care about.
