Perhaps the most noted price a warrior pays— the most obvious— is separation from safety. They put themselves in danger AND RUN TOWARDS it, even as others flee.

Thats’ the job.

And, the danger isn’t limited to battle. In fact, training accidents (and fatalities) regularly occur.
