....continued from part 1, we invite educators, law enforcement officers, and leftist to discuss the violence in Chicago.  Mayor Lightfoot, imposed a curfew of 10pm for teenagers not to be downtown. People feel like this curfew is targeted at Black teenagers who are coming from underprivileged, underserved communities, and possible "broken" homes and this why they go downtown to escape the violence where they live. There are many factors discussed to breakdown why teenagers are making bad decisions, where are the parents and why the "system" is failing Black children.
