It Feels Like I’m Taking A Sidestep But Actually I’m Priming My Business For Rapid Growth

Sometimes you have to take two steps back in order to make large leaps forward.   I have spent far too long doing everything myself to the extent that I am now the brake and the limit on my own business growth.  So I am taking on a virtual assistant to support me.  It is an important step, but requires a significant amount of effort to make sure her introduction and integration to the business goes well.
