It Got Messy

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit meetthemess.substack.com Move over, Meet the Press—it’s time to MEET THE MESS! This week on the podcast… You want mess? You got mess. Jen is the same Jen, but today, Karyn is actually being played by Mr. Fletcher as Karyn is still out with her family. AND NOW DOWN WITH COVID, FFS. All of your good karma, thoughts, prayers, etc. towards her would be appreciated. This video is largely unedited, without any of the cool bells/whistles as the technical one of us is out. However, Karyn did cut out the five full minutes at the beginning where Fletch was downstairs dicking around with his microphone because Karyn is the very best. Also, I MAKE NO GUARANTEES OF QUALITY OF THIS CONTENT, I can’t stress that enough. This week, Fletch and I spent a lot of time breaking down the Signal debacle, as well as other political things because Fletch wasn’t interested in covering any of my celebrity/style/diet stories. Also, he feels differently about Luigi than we do. Ugh. We talk about how 23 and Me is about to go all Harriet Lacks with your data, as well as my recent foray into day drinking. I forget what else we covered. Probably talked some smack about Elon. If anything, today’s episode should show you exactly how much we need, miss, and love you, Karyn, as we devolved into a Home Alone sort of thing. On Meet the Mess, bestselling authors Jen Lancaster & Karyn Bosnak dive into the messiest news stories and hottest topics of the week to give a fresh and entertaining take on current events and life in general. An extended video version with the “Hot Mess of the Week” is available to paid Substack subscribers. Visit meetthemess.substack.com for more.
