IT in the D, Episode 9: Arrow Strategies and Yelp – Full Episode

IT in the D, Episode 9 was…well, it was pretty damned solid. We had Steve Gaura from Arrow Strategies in, as well as Annette, the metro Detroit Community Manager for Yelp.com… Here’s the full episode version of last night’s show. Social Media apps seem to be of high interest to our listeners, and we’ve always made a habit of paying attention to what folks want from us, and so this week we’ve got Annette, the community manager for the metro Detroit area for Yelp.com, as one of our in-studio guests. What is it? Whaddaya do with it? What should businesses be doing with it? Who are these people writing reviews? That and a bunch of other questions will be answered tonight. Plus, they’ve got their annual huge event coming up on Thursday, September 5th, this year called the “Yelp After School Special”.
