And the subtitle is, This is how I felt when I completed Faces 1 and 2 of the 12 week Home Workout program.

So if you have been following my podcast episodes or reading my article in Medium.com, by now you must be aware that I am creating or I created articles based upon my Home Workout program, the 12 week Home Workout program, which was offered by Heather Robertson through her YouTube channel and it's free Home Workout program. So I would do that day's exercise and say to myself, let me recall the names of the exercises that I did. So that's what I'm going to do. And I call it Memory Jogger.
OK, Dolphin push up, High Knees, Jumping Lunches, Reverse Lunches, Front Spring and Cutsi Lunge, Leg Straight Picycl Crunch, Plank and Two Tap, Climbur and Neat Tap, Visa, Side Lunge and Press, High Knees, Reverse Crunch and Arnold push press. You know what these names, in the beginning when I was trying to remember these names because they are new, right? It's not like A, B, C, D which I knew about it, but these are new and E, W. So I would get excited to say those names allowed like a kid and you know that kid and me is what is inspiring me to move forward when I don't feel like recording that one episode, when I don't feel like writing that article, you know, so we need that kid in always until the time we are breathing last.
Alright, I'm filled with gratitude for completing Faces 1 and 2, which would not have been possible had I know I'd been consistent in showing up and doing the exercise as scheduled with grit. Today on D9, we started Phase 3 of 12-week home workout program. The intensity increases along with the duration of each exercise. That means I must shift my mindset from oh, I need to be present to my body for the next 35 and 30 to 35 minutes from that mindset to I will be fully present.
I will be fully present for 40 to 40 minutes during the final Phase 3 and I can do it and I can do it. For some reason, I'm organically driven right now to end this writing with two powerful goal related quotes. Here you go. One part at a time, one day at a time, we can accomplish any goal we set for ourselves, Karen Casey.
Another one, it's up to you to make your life. Take what you have and stack it up like a tower of teetering blocks. Build your dream around that shell straight. Then I have given the link from where I pulled up these quotes that is reaching your goal quotes.
