It is very difficult to pay attention to things we don’t notice.

from Transformed Life 2 Min Encouragement · host Daniel C Clark

It's very difficult to pay attention to things that we don't notice. What I'm talking about is, you and I are distracted all the time, by things that are happening around us. We don't pay attention to the things that maybe we should be paying attention to. And here's where I'm really going with this. You know, if you don't pay attention to who you are, how you're behaving, and what you're actually doing self awareness, then you're going to make mistakes that are not going to go well for you. Because self awareness, not self consciousness, helps us be aware of how we're influencing the world. What are you doing, you can be the most kind person in the world and still say, No, you can be the most gentle, loving, caring person ever, and still get things done the way you want them to. It's all because you are aware of how you're behaving. So really stop noticing everyone else's behavior, and accept and notice yours and always move toward being your best self. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
