It Takes a Village

In this episode of Girl, You So Random, I had the pleasure of talking with Taja Morris, the founder and executive director of Sisters with an Agenda. Sisters with an Agenda utilizes the principles of effective mentorship to positively impact the lives of Black girls and Black women. Sisters with an Agenda gives tips, tools, resources and offers a safe space for Black girls and women to engage in non-judgemental dialogue with the goal to provide and build healthy relationships, establish a personal and professional mission, while working on personal development. Taja noted that without her mother and the women mentors she had throughout her life, she would not be where she is today. She wants Black girls and women to have the same mentorship and guidance to feel secure in becoming successful! Taja is also a coach, creator, and advocate in Philadelphia.
