It takes courage and strength to get yourself unstuck

“Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."  ~ Bruce Lee  The only word I might add to this quote is COURAGE... because it takes courage AND strength to walk down the path less traveled. If you're feeling stuck... it's time to muster up the courage and strength to take a NEW ACTION... even if that action is simply telling the truth in the privacy of your own journal.  What's the real, raw, and relevant TRUTH about your situation, your life. For most, it's done such a good job of camouflaging itself that you don't even see it. But when you start to dig, just a little bit beneath the surface, you start to notice the evidence of wear, tear, and a lack of true "aliveness".
