It Was A Hard Day... Here's Why

As a warning, this episode today will be a heavy topic and mention mental health issues, including addiction and suicide. As Holly discusses, this was a hard episode to record, and is therefore raw and unscripted. Holly talks about a loss in her life to suicide, the impact on addiction and alcoholism in a family, and some of the male cultural norms in society which make mental health and addiction difficult to cope and/or escape. And also, serve as a reminder that we all have struggles and that kindness, and empathy, can go a long way. A message from Holly: I appreciate your kindness in listening to this episode.
