It went away

Sometimes pressure mounts, perhaps life overwhelms and there is a feeling that swamps you completely. Look up, look inside, look around, look everywhere! There is a lot to be proud of and even more to be happy about. Look, please look hard! Less than zero, crawling down. Stealing noises, narrow spaces. Less than you, patching feelings. Dining dreams, catching shadows. Let me walk alone, touch the ground. Hold my heart along, feel its rhythm. Feel its warmth, crying hours. Stop the sound, counting shadows. Cut its ties, mend it up. Think in hours, fly along.
