We've decided to pick a random week from the decade and have a long, hard look at the UK top 40 chart of that week. We've ended up in October 1997 and it surely is a mixed bag. As we're talking about pop music we of course called upon our resident pop expert, Joe Barter, who brings his unrivaled pop wisdom to the pod table. We all give our candid opinions on what's hot and not, and then end by picking our favourites from the chart.
