With HMRC ‘making Tax Digital’ they claim it will make life easier by splitting and spreading the admin across the year rather than one final rush to submit a tax return. It’s the biggest change since HMRC launched Self Assessment more than 30 years ago - but will it actually make life easier or will it mean more struggles for hardworking tradespeople?
