It's All Fun and Games Until…
from tell it anyway
A Nerdtacular episode of Tell It Anyway. It's all fun and games until you burn your eyebrows off. Or your friend drops a pair of garden shears on your skull. And let's not even talk about that Dairy Queen… MP3 Show Notes: Form: It's A Live One! Stories from our friends in the crowd. Theme: It's All Fun & Games Until… The music: Our opening and closing music is a selection from "Unlocked Door" used by permission of Alex Cook. Thank you Alex! If you want to hear the complete songs, check out Alex Cook's bandcamp page and his website Stonebalancer So many more notes on music to come! Storytellers: Jennie Josephson, Matt Flanagan, Chris Peterson from The Weekly Bleep Podcast, Preston Monroe, Tom Gehrke, Patrick Kohn, Brad Procter from the Random Geeks Podcast, & Sebastian Gonzales. Behind the story:More than 600 nerds, geeks, cosplayers and storytellers travelled up into the Wasatch Mountain range above Salt Lake City to attend Nerdtacular 2015. And late Saturday evening, some of them snuck down into the secret arcade to tell stories. It was AWESOME. Special thanks to Paul from Minnesota for coming up with our theme, and extra special thanks to Matt Flanagan who found our Tell It Anyway bat cave. Thanks to our brand new patrons for their support! Thanks to the Storybackers and special thanks to the Starting Story Lineup:
