Cedric Singleton: Founder and Owner: Peak Performance Leadership Institute Cedric began his professional journey as an officer in the U.S. Army before launching a corporate career that would span three decades. Upon leaving the military, he joined Abbott Laboratories, where he dedicated 27 years to various sales and marketing roles, including: • Sales Executive • Advertising Product Manager • Regional Sales Director • Global Director of Sales Operations Throughout his tenure at Abbott, Cedric and his teams consistently earned recognition for high performance and commercial excellence. This success led to his recruitment by Carrier Global, where he was tasked with building and leading a new commercial Revenue Operations department as its Global Director. Under his leadership, the team achieved double-digit revenue growth, raising annual revenue from $615 million to $1.2 billion in just three years. Now retired from his corporate career, Cedric is the founder and owner of Peak Performance Leadership Institute. He is a corporate speaker and leadership coach, where his focus is to help individuals and organizations achieve their Peak Performance by Mastering Funamentals. In addition, Peak PerformanceLeadership Institute helps small businesses achieve the same financial success as large corporations like Abbott and Carrier. Cedric holds a BA in Political Science from Howard University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
