Welcome to the Thursday edition of “It’s Another Day” On the wake of the Pennsylvania Senatorial Debate, suddenly the PA Secretary of State is saying that we shouldn't expect a final vote tally on election night. She adds that it may actually take several days for an official tabulation.  Adding votes is not a new process. We’ve  done it for decades…centuries.
