Who is the real power behind Biden? Historian Douglas Brinkley says it’s Jill Biden. One term for Joe wasn’t enough for Dr. Biden. She’s still got things on her ‘to-do list’…one of them being…revenge. Brinkley doesn’t elaborate on what type of revenge…but he says it’s real.
