When running you have to make sure you have done the right planning and training and as we approach ‘that time of the year’ he shares some great tips on how any business can make sure that its prepared, customers are well informed and that their expectations are met so that they return in the new year.   KEY TAKEAWAYS You have to take some sort of action over the Christmas period.
