Everyone's favourite villain (actually on Logan's), Electro, makes his first appearance. See how Max Dillon went from a jerk electric pole man to a jerk super villain. Those electricity bills keep going up, so Electro needs to rob banks to pay for it all. His antics lead the best newspaper owner ever, J Jonah Jameson, to conclude that Electro IS Spider-Man.
