Its going to be a rough day if you're playing out of position.

This time of year I have a lot of great coaching memories pop up. I love reflecting on that time as I learnt a lot and it really shaped me as a coach. One thing that has been higlighted is that you cant coach everyone the same, even when they are playing the same sport. Even though they may have the same overarching goal, each person needs a different program.
