After coming off of the Meat Loaf Tour, the Kulick Brothers had a chance to do a couple shows with Michael Bolton, then Bolotin. This ended up becoming an idea to form a band. Bob Kulick decided to pass, but Bruce Kulick said yes. A rhythm section was put together and before they knew it, they were signed to a label and their first album was released.
